Prior to user experience research, I managed social media channels for brands like Adobe and Sunrun, where I interfaced with users, fielded product feedback, and evangelized customer needs to product teams. My motivation has always remained the same: to empower decision makers with reliable customer insights so that they can provide consumers with more usable, purposeful, and accessible experiences.
In my personal time, I like to ride my Kia Soul EV to hiking spots in Washington. I hold a bachelor's degree in communications from California State University, Fullerton, as well as a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) certification with Yoga Alliance.
